Spread Positivity, Not the Virus Scholarship Photo Contest

We’re living in an unprecedented situation, but it’s during times like this we find opportunity and creativity. We believe positivity can spread faster than any virus! So we’re asking international students to submit a photo showing the story of how you have remained positive in this coronavirus world. It could be moments of love, family, hope, places, or a simple selfie.
3 Easy Steps to Enter the Scholarship Photo Contest:
- Follow @internationalstudentvoice on Instagram
- After you find your perfect photo, be sure to provide a caption describing why you picked the photograph and be sure to include the name of the USA university or college you’re attending.
- Post the photograph on Instagram and tag @internationalstudentvoice

Contest starts on Thursday, July 30.
Deadline to enter is Thursday, August 20 at 11:59 p.m. (EDT).
Finalists announced via Instagram on Monday, August 24. Finalists will be contacted in advance to the announcement and asked to share additional information to confirm enrollment at a U.S. university or college.
One winner announced via Instagram on Tuesday, September 1.
Contest is open to international students who are:
Enrolled for fall 2020 at a U.S. university or college on a F-1 or J-1 visa (ESL, associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or doctorate).
Scholarship and contest details
Once the winner is selected and enrollment confirmed, ISV will send a $500 scholarship check to the university or college. The money is applied to the student’s account and the student can use the funds to help pay for tuition, books, or other academic-related expenses.
